What is the minimum order quantity?+
Our minimum order is 5,000 pieces per design. This keeps custom printing cost-effective while giving your brand a real production run.
How long until my order arrives?+
Our average lead time is 6 weeks from mock-up approval and deposit — and that includes both production and shipping to your door. It's an average, not a guarantee: unforeseeable factors like customs processing, freight delays, or peak-season volume can occasionally extend it, and we'll keep you informed if they do.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes — we ship to virtually any address in the world. Freight is estimated at the quoting stage; the exact weight and final shipping cost are confirmed once your bags are finished.
Will I receive exactly the quantity I ordered?+
As is standard in flexible packaging manufacturing, the final delivered quantity may vary by ±20% of the ordered amount. Your final invoice reflects the actual quantity produced.
How does payment work?+
Simple 50/50 terms: a 50% deposit starts production once you approve the digital mock-up, and the remaining 50% is due when production is complete and your order is ready to ship. All payments are made by bank wire transfer — wire details are included with your invoice.
Can I return or get a refund on my order?+
Because every order is custom-printed with your branding, completed orders can't be returned or refunded — they can't be resold. That's exactly why nothing prints until you approve the digital mock-up. If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, report it within 14 days with photos and we'll make it right. Do I get to approve the design before production?+
Always. We create a digital mock-up of your bag with your branding applied. Nothing goes to production until you've reviewed it and given your approval — revisions are part of the process.
What artwork files do you need?+
Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) work best for logos and artwork. If all you have is a high-resolution PNG, send it over — we'll let you know if anything needs adjusting during the mock-up stage.
Can you make child-resistant or smell-proof bags?+
Yes. We offer child-resistant zipper options and high-barrier foil structures designed to lock in odor — a popular choice for cannabis and other regulated products.
Do you make packaging for telehealth brands?+
Yes — it's one of our specialties. We produce pouches tailored to what telehealth products need: child-resistant closures, moisture-tight and light-blocking barriers for serums, creams, and medication, resealable formats for daily-use products, and print layouts designed around your required dosage and compliance text.
