When you send an inquiry or place an order, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name, shipping address, phone number (if provided), payment-related details needed to issue invoices and receive bank wires, and the project information you share (product type, quantities, artwork, and brand materials).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access times, used for security and to keep the site running properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
We share information only where necessary to serve you:
We serve clients worldwide, so your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own — including the United States and the countries where our production partners operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives appropriate protection wherever it is processed.
