The Process

Five steps to sealed.

Custom packaging shouldn't feel complicated. Here's exactly how your project moves from an idea to finished bags at your door — and what happens at every stage.

01

Tell us what you're looking for

Share your vision: the type of packaging, what's going inside it, your dimensions, colors, logo, quantity, and shipping address. Rough ideas welcome — we'll help you fill in the blanks.

→ You send: the brief. We send: guidance.
02

Receive your quote

We'll put together a clear, itemized quote based on your specs, including estimated freight. Happy with the numbers? We move straight to design.

→ Freight is estimated here; exact weight and cost are confirmed once your bags are finished.
03

Approve your digital mock-up

Our team creates a digital mock-up of your mylar package with your branding applied — exactly how it will look in production. Request changes until it's right, then give it your stamp of approval.

→ Nothing prints until you say so.
04

Production begins

Once the mock-up is accepted, a 50% deposit by bank wire sets the presses in motion. Your bags are printed, laminated, cut, and sealed — from this point, production and delivery together average six weeks*.

→ 50% deposit via bank wire · final quantity may vary ±20%, as is standard in flexible packaging.
05

Sealed, paid, and shipped

When production wraps and your order is ready to ship, the remaining 50% is due by bank wire — and your packages head to the address on file, anywhere in the world.

→ Final freight cost confirmed at this stage, based on actual finished weight.
